Piggy brings maximum Carnage

We were thrilled to work with car specialist production company Carnage Films. It’s an exciting time for the company who have recently hired automotive aficionado Piggy Lines (Spark44/Keko) to the team. Carnage have an incredible pool of talent such as Sam Brown and Tom Barber-Might (recently working with our other client Spark44 on Range Rover Sport “Dragon Challenge”)

Range Rover battles the Dragon

Bot Inc was asked to take on one hell of a campaign at the beginning of the year and provide PR  to help launch the new Range Rover Sport with Spark44 and Jaguar Land Rover. Following on from the ‘Pikes Peak,’ ‘Empty Quarter’ and ‘Inferno Downhill’ challenges; the latest of the Driven Challenges series witnessed the New Range Rover Sport become the first vehicle ever to tackle the 999 steps of Tianmen MountainChina. The film was created by Martin Cox and John Sutcliffe at Spark44 and directed by Sam Brown and Tom Barbor-Might from Carnage.

The campaign went far and wide with over 2million YouTube views in the first week and featured in nationals Daily Mail, The Sun, Express, The Times as well as front page on the Business section of the Telegraph.

Be sure to have a watch, although not for the faint hearted!

2017 Highlights from Arthur and Martha

Last year proved to be busy busy for the lovely folk at Arthur and Martha. So Bot Inc thought we’d share some of the highlights from the gang.

Earlier in the year, Arthur and Martha shot entirely on location in Bangkok, Thailand with Wally Pfister from Academy Films and the delectable David Beckham for AIA Insurance and BBDO Singapore. Well done to producers Spru and Amber for doing such an amazing job and behaving appropriately around Becks most of the time…(see below for evidence…!)

Back in September Phil Mccluney (aka Philius Fogg) travelled to many delightful parts of the UK for his own Mini adventure with the new MINICountryman. The brief was to invite adventurous guests to an exclusive getaway in collaboration with MINI, VisitEngland and VisitWales. The lucky winners were awarded a night in a MINI Countryman in Cheddar Gorge, Snowdonia and Durdle Door. Sadly our Phil was not included in the overnight package this time…

MINI also kept the team busy with director James Bryce from RSA Films working his car porn magic in the world’s fastest car launch for MINI 1499 GT in association with The Brooklyn Brothers.

Arthur and Martha also worked with Brokkr London on this lovely animated spot for Diversey working alongside Animation Director Drew Cope and our friends at Coffee and TV.

The new campaign for The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association (UK) and Proximity London launched the back end of last year. The poignant spot highlights just how the support of a guide dog really can change someone’s life. This is the second commercial directed by the ever so talented (and handsome) Morgan Hutchins for Guide Dogs. Rumour has it some of the gang dipped into the icy waters for the charity on New Year’s Day!

We also hear Arthur and Martha have some exciting projects in the pipeline for 2018! And we personally can’t wait to see more from them!

The Progress Film Company campaign for The Samaritans

This time of year can be difficult for many. The Progress Film Companylaunched a very important campaign for the Samaritans, British Transport Police and Network Rail encouraging commuters to act if they think a fellow passenger may be at risk of suicide on the railways, highlighting how small talk has the power to save a life.

For every life lost on the railway, six are saved by the actions of those around them and the “Small Talk Saves Lives” campaign shows what the public can do to help #smalltalksaveslives

GOLDSTEIN release an album of feminist festive favourites “HYRRS NOT HYMNS”

They’re a clever bunch over at GOLDSTEIN HQ!

It’s fair to say that 2017 has been a some what challenging year for women. From sexual harassment to rampant body-shaming, workplace inequality to woeful political representation and with a Mr Trump leading the charge!

So this year as a festive treat, the gang decided to stick it to sexism and release a new album of feminist carols  “HYRRS – Festive Hymns Made Feminist” to raise money for Refuge, alongside our good creative friends Christopher Keatinge and Tom Houser at Grey London. The album can be found https://www.hyrrsnothymns.com  or can be purchased via iTunes, Google Play and Amazon.
