Who doesn’t get comfort from Leslie Nielsen? A delightful Monday morning read from director Jamie Whitby at Agile Films and shots . ENJOY!
To celebrate the 30 year anniversary of the The Premier League, newly formed sports production company Dead Films Ltd were approached to hero 10 of the most iconic moments with a carefully crafted documentary series. The 10 films (each about 13 minutes in length) provide exclusive interviews with some of the biggest names in football; Wayne Rooney, Patrick Vieira, David Ginola, Alan Shearer, Alex Ferguson to name quite a few! Here’s one of my favourites from the series, being a Liverpool supporter. Go to deadfilms.co.uk to watch the other 9 sports fan or not #sports #football#premierleague2022
Bot Inc is 8 today! Time does indeed fly and can’t believe its been so long! Feels like only yesterday we were coming up with names and designing logos. We’ve worked with some amazing clients over the years on some cracking projects and managed to make “work by sea” an integral part of a work/life balance. It’s been a rollercoaster, especially with a pandemic thrown in the mix but hey what doesn’t break you makes you stronger. Beach BBQ to celebrate! Who’s in?
Come on England!! Celebrating Euros 2022 with Sports Direct “Girls Don’t Like Football” directed by @Yoni Lappin at Agile Films with COPA90. #itscominghome
Really can’t believe this! Bot Inc is shortlisted for a Cannes Lions PR for “Vulva Spaceship” alongside INNOCEAN Berlin and Wer Braucht Feminismus! Very proud of the entire team involved for all their efforts. Especially thrilled as this project was overlooked by many of the trades but went stratospheric (see what I did there?) in the mainstream media. Good luck to all the gang at Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. Have a jeroboam on me!
“The pandemic is an example of how advertising felt it was necessary to reflect the mood of the nation.” The wonderfully talented Guy Manwaring at Merman talks to Shots about the importance of humour in today’s advertising and throws a look back at some of the industry’s greats. That Extra ad has to be one of my faves of the past couple of years! Funny ALWAYS wins.
